What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), your resume and the profile you build, job preferences, application answers, payment receipts and transaction IDs, and usage data needed to run the service.
How we use it
To match you with jobs, tailor resumes and cover letters, submit applications you have authorized, prepare you for interviews, verify payments, and communicate with you about your account.
Who receives it
Employers you apply to (only the application data for that job); our infrastructure providers (database/hosting) and AI providers that process your resume text to generate tailored content. We do not sell your personal data.
Storage & security
Data is stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level security; files are stored in private buckets. Only you and authorized Synerax administrators can access your data.
Your rights
You can export or delete your data by emailing support@synerax.com. Deleting your account removes your profile, resumes and application history from our systems (employers keep what they already received).
