From sign-up to interview, step by step
What happens on day one, what runs every few hours after that, and the rules autopilot never breaks.
Sign up and pay
Create your account, then pay for the plan — $200 for 30 days — by bank transfer. Upload the transfer receipt and the transaction ID on the payment page. There is no free plan and nothing renews automatically.
Payment verified
A person on our team checks every payment against the receipt. Approval always happens within 24 hours. The moment it's approved, your 30 days start and every feature unlocks.
Onboarding
Upload your resume and confirm what we extracted. Then set target roles, locations, remote preference, salary floor and your work authorization. Finally, you give explicit consent for autopilot to apply on your behalf.
First job sync
We pull fresh US postings from company career boards and public job APIs. After that, a new sync runs every few hours, so new roles reach you while they're still fresh.
Matching and scoring, explained
Each job gets a score from 0 to 100. Skills count for 45%, title for 25%, experience level for 20% and location for 10%. You see the matched skills, the missing ones and the final score. Jobs below your minimum score are never applied to.
How tailoring stays honest
For every job above your threshold, we write a resume and cover letter in that job's language. The facts of your history are locked; only the wording, order and emphasis change.

- Schools & degrees

How auto-apply works, and when it hands you a 1-click task
Autopilot submits on supported career pages and saves a screenshot as proof. If a portal needs a login, an account or a CAPTCHA, we stop and put it in your 1-click queue with everything already filled in.
Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby forms are filled, submitted and screenshotted.
Logins, account creation or a CAPTCHA? It goes to your queue, fully pre-filled.
Tracking, follow-ups and interview prep
Every application lands in your tracker. You get follow-up reminders with drafts, and when you move a job to Interviewing, prep unlocks: questions from the real job description and voice mock interviews.
What we never do
Employers, titles, dates and degrees are never invented or changed.
If a site asks for a human check, the job goes to your 1-click queue.
We never ask for your LinkedIn or any job portal password.
At most 3 applications to the same company in each run.
